The hotel is located in an ex-office building and was challenging for the design team. It is now the most successful hotel in the Pedersen group and has proved that design and re-positioning can assist the bottom line. The hotel was completely refurbished with the addition of a health and leisure centre. It is the restaurant and bar though that have proven themselves as a meeting place near to both London and Heathrow.
