This residential development was won by competitive tender and was for the conversion from scout hall to principle London residence. CLA managed to turn conventional thinking up-side-down when the brief demanded a small, impromptu concert space combined with the normal, family living needs. The resulting conversion gave the clients a stunning living area that could be transformed for concerts situated over the bedrooms.
