Regency Park Hotel, Newbury
This the first of the Pedersen Hotels was refurbished in various stages with CLA following its successful growth from a 25 bedroom hotel with poor restaurant to a 120 bedroom hotel with successful restaurant, conferencing facility and extensive leisure centre (Escape Leisure). CLA were involved in all stages of the development of the design, the hotel, and the brand. This formula was applied to a further 6 hotels in the group.
